| Mary - let's hope more of the NJU's and those 'in the know' read the comments about the amazing musicians and everyone else that made this AMAZING CD! Good news, more radio stations are picking it up too . . . we just need to be patient, this CD is still in its infancy. Politics aside - you've got to watch this . . . http://ca.youtube.com/watch?v=ZdMVayabw0YCheyanne - I only did 2 flats this year. Most of my beds contain perennials, 'shrubs', and ground cover, so much easier . . . and less mulching. Pat - hope you are enjoying AZ, but maybe you are supposed to stay with us? mgm Pat - got any pictures with Hugh? Extra CD's - if you've got extras or can buy more, We Make a Difference is collecting on the CB. Believe they (my friend Lisa) collected more than 1000 CD's for the troops. Just ordered 3 more on amazon.com and left a review. The outdoors are calling - time to put on my grubbies for planting and trimming . . . _________________ We Came for the Voice and Stay for the Man

| Cha Cha Hmmm, Clay doing Good Time Rock & Roll? He'd need a few pairs of tighty whiteys and dance belt too! Oh, and I said that on a Sunday too, my bad. Lots of angsting on CV. I've been able to keep my spirits up so far ,as I know that even with the lull, history has proven that Clay comes back bigger and stronger! and that "ain't no smut! |

| Just have time for a quick pop-in - gotta go get ready for a picnic later this afternoon. Cha Cha, will check out that link when I have more than two minutes to sit down - sounds like you've been busy, too! Anni, I have lots of perennials, and keep finding more to plant all the time, but I've always loved lots and lots of flowers - one of my favorite memories of my childhood was going to my grandmother's and spending time with her in her flower garden, I hope my granddaughters have the same kind of memories because they all love to explore my flower beds with me to see what new is blooming. Aw, jeez, Joanne, ain't no fun without a little "smut" now and then! Anni's right about the cd, and Clay said it himself - we just need to be patient - and that's good news that more and more radio stations are picking it up! Okay, gotta get back to work - I hope everyone has a great Sunday! Much love and huge hugs............. _________________ When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know Peace..........

| Cha Cha....please don't feel slighted by my lack of communication.....like you and probably everyone else on this board.....the past few weeks have been busy, busy(at work and at home!) - I've been swamped and just keeping my head above water. I'll be checking out all the links later this evening....I have a picnic and a hike to do today! But Anni.....I did watch that youtube and my eyes are all moist right now. Yes, all politics and religion aside, that is such a statement about humanity and our lack thereof. The lyrics to that song resonate with me because I've wondered MY ENTIRE LIFE why the suffering continues and what we can do about it. Sometimes I just feel so helpless and hopeless because the people who CAN do something about it and change the world for the better just don't. Thank goodness for people like Clay who walk the walk! Cheyanne.....I spent hours in my grandmother's garden too. To this day, my favorite flowers are black-eyed susans and lily of the valley because she loved those so much and had them planted everywhere!!!! Such a joy to remember..... Not much Clay content here because I'm not into all the angst over the CD. I just love it and will have faith that those who understand and appreciate good music will love it too. Clay himself said in one of his best interviews that success is not measured by how famous you are or how much money you have....but more by happiness. By those standards, and assuming he is HAPPY having made such a stellar CD, he should be feeling quite successful right now! |

| Cha Cha - that is so funny I was thinking last night that I was going to do the same thing! Put a whole bunch of emoticons just to brighten up our day! Thanks for the goodies to look at too! Hope all you gardeners aren't worn out yet. I don't bother to do flowers, have too many trees and they just die from lack of sun! Besides I am terrible at it anyway. Hope you are all having a good holiday weekend! I will throw a few more on here too! I miss everything Clay! Bought 2 more cd's today. I keep doing my part and luckily I know enough people whole at least appreciate the gift, even it they don't listen too much. Did you see they are saying Archuleta is gay, man they just won't let go of the gay thing. They practically said EVERYONE knows Clay is gay and little David will follow in his footsteps! | patti......I don't believe for one moment that the guy didn't know the camera was there......but even so, I laughed so hard, I had tears running down my face. When he's singing along and said "Key change!" all I could think of was "A Song Like This" from Spam. Thanks for sharing....this made my morning!! |

| I am currently reading the book "Ethel Merman...a Life," obviously a biography. One of her less successful Broadway shows was called "Happy Hunting" and her co-star was a gorgeous, young Latino actor Fernando Lamas. (And yes, I am old enough to remember him in movies!) I came across this passage that I just had to share with all of you: | Quote: | "....the trouble seems to have stemmed from the white suit that Irene Sharaff had designed for Lamas to wear in the show. Lamas' penis size was already the stuff of Hollywood legend, and he had requested that Sharaff design his custome to be as tight as possible, so he could show off his endowment. The result didn't satisfy him, and he ordered the pants to be recut for maximum effect. His ploy worked. On opening night...., he stepped out onstage in the dazzling white suit, with a matching California coat tossed around his shoulders. A chorus of gasps, from both women and men, swept over the theatre.
Nobody looked at Merman and she was furious...." and it then goes on to detail how Merman had a fit and instructed the stage manager to tell Lamas he had to wear a jockstrap! A publicist commented that "Lamas ........... wore no underwear, and he was hung like a horse." |
Clay content? You know, ladies, you know. :White Suit Cla :White Suit Cla :White Suit Cla :White Suit Cla :White Suit Cla :White Suit Cla |

| THIS IS VERY COOL!! Ironman Movie Clip with WOTW background singing, getting good comments. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oiFM3AnOTjgI am starting to see some real interest in Clay's CD in unexpected places, maybe this is the way they figured it would happen. People are seeing that the critics no nothing, and that there is real quality talent to be enjoyed on this cd. I am hopeful! _________________ The man owns my heart!

| Joy, it's great to know that lechery is still alive and well here! That was a great story, thanks for sharing it! I think Clay would just have his pants made baggier!!! Thanks for the heads-up on AOL Sessions, Cha Cha, I'll have to wait until I'm home to watch though. I'm back at work today - it almost felt good to come back - I get to sit down instead of crawling around on the ground planting flowers. I miss him, too, Patti, and I hope we hear something soon - our definition of soon, not Clay's! I watched the Ironman clip this morning before work - it's great! Good way to get the NJUs to hear Clay! Okay, gotta get back to work............. Much love and huge hugs.......... _________________ When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know Peace..........
