I have already seen people upset about this but this is what I posted to the PA Fan group when I saw people saying they were in tears over this. I am not, I admire him for doing this....

Okay throw tomatoes at me, but my feelings are that I admire this man even more. This had to be a difficult decision for him. He was willing to take a tremendous amount of negative press to do something "extraordinary" for a friend. No we do not have all the details yet, but my first impression is that this was something "she" desperately wanted and he was willing to put his reputation on the line for it. I think that is amazing! Yes he does probably want to marry and have his own life and family. But to do this for someone else, to take the heat, just makes me admire him even more. It is not unlike someone, a friend, needing an organ, what would you do?

Obviously they are close and in their most intimate discussions, she could have expressed her lifelong desire to have a child. How many men would agree to this knowing he would take such pressure for it.

Again, if this was the case, I can only say, I admire him for truly being a giving person and doing this to make someone else's dreams come true!

Since we don't know exactly what their relationship is, I am reserving any kind of specualtion. If what you surmised Patti is true, then I agree with that.

However, the show could be on the other foot and they could be in love, and they could even be married.

Patti - I totally share your feelings. Cha Cha - one of the emails I got from a friend says it was artificial insemmination but that Clay was planning to help raise the child due in August.

Cheyanne - I think my sister ordered a DVD of my nephew's concert.

Patti - in no rush to download the AOL sessions as I don't have DVD burning software yet. I can just wait until its up at CU.

There is also the possibility that the "source in the Foster camp" who "confirmed" this, has a grudge against Jaymes or Clay or both and none of this is true.

Right now I want to believe they are married and have been trying for a long time to produce a child.

Apparently the OFC is buzzing tonight and Jaymes is there. Why on earth would she go there?? A lot of positive but let's face it there are many who can be cruel. My advice to her was to go, leave it. That is no place to be in her condition. The OFC is crazy anyway. Hope Clay does not judge his fans based on what is going on there tonight!

What a mess...but he will stand strong. Had to have his reasons and had to know this would happen.

Just got home from a Senior Recital - no not me as a 'Senior' but my nephew. The kids were again awesome, extremely talented group and they are graduating on Saturday, gonna need lots of tissues.

Anyway, one of my sister's friends asked me what the news was about Clay - she had been watching the news and heard his name mentioned but had to leave before she heard the rest. I told her the latest gossip . . . of course the word 'gay' came up seconded by my sister - I wanted to SCREAM, but everyone is entitled to believe what they want to believe and nothing I say will change their mind. The people.com blurb is posted on the Ideal Idol and Patti, the OFC is still buzzing with the loonies over there and if Jaymes actually posted, she's got to be out of her mind. Little more activity on the CB but no confirmations or denials at this point and some are even saying maybe she was doing a favor for Clay.

Nothing from Team Clay so its still a rumor in my book, a good one, but still a rumor. Sleep tight and maybe we'll have some news in the morning . . .

What the heck is going on???? I just signed on here and I have no idea what anyone is talking about....guess I'll go call someone or check out the other boards.....geez, leave it to me to miss some big news in Clay Land!

Well, my granddaughter Laura says that this is proof that Clay is gay but that is not true as many heterosexual woman cannot conceive a baby
vaginally for many reasons so they go the insemination route or IV. Why Clay would be the sperm donor is his business and hers. He would be a great
father and if this is all true I only wish them many blessings. Just maybe they are in love? :?: Maybe she did choose Clay for his special, wonderful qualities. It sure is a mystery right now but I still want to hear it from Clay's lips or his blog. Wow, just wow.

PS At first I just thought it was gossip or a rumor but I really don't know? I guess we'll all find out!
