OMG....this just totally cracked me up MGM! You are too funny!
And speaking of funny, where has our lovely Pat from AZ been lately? Not on these here YPs that's for sure! Come out and say hi Pat....we miss you!
Loved that article Patti - and wow, that's really some confident young man there who can say that everyone can sit down & come to him. Good for you Clay! (I was gonna make a lewd remark about Clay and sitting down and coming and all that, but decided to keep the thought to myself...ha.) |

| First Annual Easter Sunday Invitational Charity Wii Bowling Tournament Sunday, April 12 1:00pm (check-in) Pecos Park Bowlarama (my house) No entry fee Bowling shirts and shoes not necessary but will be appreciated for comic relief. A lovely ham dinner will precede the tournament. Who's in? I forgot to mention there will be generous swag from sponsors as well!!!! I don't have any sponsors but I am working on it. Maybe Dale has some old maps I can throw in a lunch bag with some m&m's! Definitely worth the trip! ETA...Clay content....I was inspired by Clay's expert party planning skills at the NYC bowling alley when I was considering how to celebrate an impt religious holiday in a big way. Plus I like looking at that bowling guy's head up there. hahaha Patti...all you have to do is hop a plane and I'll put you in the tournament bracket and fill a swag bag with your name on it!!!

| I would love to compete in a bowling competition but I have to work on Easter Sunday. I may be home around 3 or 4...let me know what I need to do! I think Clay knows exactly what he plans to do..just fueling the fire with anticipation with the press... He is no dummy! I would take anything, stage, concert, TV, tour! He is so amazing. I just want to see him ...he is looking so good in recent pictures. Funny story.. I had a picture posted in my office of Clay from last week.. a women walked by and said "is that a picture from in the beginning, because he looks so young!" I said "no just from last week!" Just goes to show you he is looking so good right now! Edited .. Pat..Drew told me you can hook in with other people and play them via the internet or tv..not sure how you do it though..that's what I meant! _________________ The man owns my heart!

| Hello ladies! I'm sorry I have been absent from the wonderful yellow pages and all of you lovely ladies. Real life does tend to get in the way. Charlie and I are doing just fine and are keeping busy. We're looking forward to Easter weekend .. it's a long weekend for the kids (they get Friday and Monday off) so we're going to spend two of the days at a waterpark in Niagara Falls! Charlie and the friend he is bringing are crazy excited and I can't wait to watch them hit those massive slides while I soak myself silly in the hot tub. I have pages and pages to catch up on so I will just say Hi to everyone, I hope everyone is healthy and happy, and Happy Birthday, Happy St. Patricks Day, Happy Easter, Happy anything I've missed over the last while! Hugs to all! Edited to add: I just saw Joy's post after our conversation together and I'm glad she let you know that we were doing okay. I honestly didn't realize it had been as long as it has. I'm still doing therapy twice a week for my leg and my MS tends to rear it's ugly head here and there when I get too tired .. but mostly I'm doing great and loving life! (Clay and all of you included of course!) Joy: It was so wonderful to hear your voice and I was thrilled to hear from you! Thanks for calling, darlin'! xo ... It's the femur just above the knee and it was the Fibula that was broken clean through and needed the screws to get it back to where it belonged. I couldn't think of the word Fibula at that point in our conversation if my life had of depended on it! haha _________________ Live ~ Love ~ Laugh

| Pat - wish I could come to the Charity Bowling Tournament, but I really, really S*ck at bowling, I don't think I ever broke 100 and based on my previous WII experience (Rock Band), you'd send my sorry ass home empty handed!! Ah yes, "House of Aiken de La Clay" - this show is going to be a hoot. Can you imagine trying to talk back to La Clay - there is no way you could win . . . Welcome back Jennifer - happy to hear you and Charlie are alive and well. Are Charlie and his friends really planning to do the waterslide stuff? Sounds like popsicle kid time to me if its outside _________________ We Came for the Voice and Stay for the Man

| The only thing charitable about the bowling tournament is my attitude when establishing everyone's seed in the tourney...haha...plus since we are celebrating the resurrection, I figured charity would be good in the title...so far I've got 2 family members attending my offbeat Easter dinner. Geesh...I think I scared everyone else...heh Since I can't come for fun on the East coast, I figured I'd make some of my own here. ...the baby mama just found out the due date may actually be 10 days before what was previously assumed and baby is already over 7 lbs and dilating is happening...won't be long. Maybe next week. |

| ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!! SIMON GAVE ADAM A STANDING OVATION??????Their pimping just plain makes me sick! I think Adam is talented but no way did that performance warrant a standing ovation! What are they thinking with this crew, this year?? So confused by their comments. Pat..sounds like baby is coming soon..All my best to your family. _________________ The man owns my heart!

Exactly what I was thinking tonight. Adam has had his moments, but that bit tonight was just boring. Simon called Kris's performance indulgent- but Adam's wasn't? And Lil was karaoke but Allison and Matt weren't? If they try something different they're not being true to themselves, but if they do their usual, they need to do something different.
This is why I stopped watching a long time ago - just because the judges are just boring with the same old predictable comments that they just keep recycling at random.
Everytime one of the judges said that someone needed to "break out" "be themselves" or really "wow" them I thought they would finish the sentence with "like Clay did" - they could have.
Compared to Clay they all suck - and Allison looks like Rachel Ray in a red wig.
Pat My Wii went over to my son's home 3 months ago and hasn't found it's way back yet! But Faux Bowling for Easter sounds like fun. I think I'll make him bring it back. Bet the Easter Bunny brings you a basket of joy (not to be confused with that basket of cheer Santa always brings you). _________________ ...and the wisdom to know the difference

| Pat--sorry I won't be able to make the bowling party. We have the Wii, but my DH is working Sunday, and I wouldn't have a clue how to link in to anyone... Can't wait for an update on baby...I love being a Grandma. And I love spoiling my grandkids...and there's nothing that can beat the sound of a little voice yelling "Grandma" when they see you coming and rush up to wrap their little arms around you as tight as they can....so here's hoping the Easter bunny makes a special delivery in your neighborhood soon. |
