Pat, you crack me up, girlfriend.

That looks just like my tongue but I guess I'll be missing a piece down the left side about two inches long and half an inch wide. Isn't that just about the creepiest, scariest thing you ever heard? I just don't think about it. I've found I'm really good at coping with all sorts of things after they happen but the anticipation terrifies me.

I had all of my pre-ops done this morning....blood work, chest x-ray, EKG...you know the drill. Surgery is scheduled for Friday morning at 7:30. Good news is...if I'm not bleeding or throwing up I'll be able to come home that same evening. Yea!!!

I'll post when I can or I may get my daughter to come on line here for me if I'm loopy on pain meds...which I do intend to use to the fullest. Her name is Leslie but it would show up as me...she'll identify herself. You would probably know it's not me...she has a journalism degree so manages to write whole sentences without a bunch of...........'s.

Joanne NC--I agree about the hair color...and I'm thinking that if he's on the tarmac in ATL airport, he's probably getting ready to board a small plane, since otherwise he'd be walking through the tunnel--maybe a prop plane back to Raleigh.

Thanks for the pic Joanne!He looks good! He looks thin! Hair looks like it is growing long in the back, and yeah the color looks natural. Probably because he hasn't had to put any color in it for a while (No personal appearances to worry about). Just ala natural! Wonder if cousin Jamie has been cutting it? Ha Ha

I was thinking this has probably been good for him to have real time to bond and spend time with Parker. Even though we miss him, it probably has been good for both of them.

Got to agree - Clay's color looks very natural and it's got to be a lot easier (unless he is covering the grey like the rest of us) - LOL!! Can't wait to see him LIVE in October, seems like an eternity.
